What we install

  • Path and walkway lights that light the ground, not your eyes
  • Uplights that wash the front of the house, columns and stone
  • Tree uplighting and moonlighting from the canopy
  • Step, wall and patio lighting for outdoor living areas
  • Driveway entrance and mailbox lighting
  • Transformers with timers or dusk-to-dawn photocells so it runs itself

Why low-voltage LED

Low-voltage systems run through a transformer that plugs into an exterior outlet and step power down to a safe level for fixtures in beds and lawns. LED fixtures use a fraction of the power of old halogen lamps and last far longer. Wire is buried in beds and along edges so you do not see it. If a new exterior outlet is needed, we tell you up front and coordinate with a licensed electrician.

Designed for the property, not a kit

The goal is a home that looks warm and finished at night, with walks and steps you can see. That takes fewer, well-placed fixtures more than a lot of lights. We plan the design around your architecture, trees and how you use the yard, then quote it as one price.

Security and curb appeal

Good exterior lighting removes dark spots along the driveway, side yard and entry, which helps you and guests get around and makes the property less inviting to trouble. It also shows off the landscaping you already paid for.

How estimates work

From request to done

  1. Send the basics

Use the form or call. Address, what you want done, and any photos you have.

  2. We look at the property

A drive-by or a short walk-through. For lights we measure rooflines; for cleanups we look at trees, beds and access.

  3. Written quote

One clear price for your property and the scope in writing. No package tiers, no price ranges.

  4. Scheduled and done

Pick a date, we show up on it, and we walk it with you or send photos when we finish.

Landscape & Exterior Lighting questions

How much does landscape lighting cost?

It depends on the number and type of fixtures, wire runs, the transformer, and your yard. We design it first and give you one written price. The design and quote are free.

Is low-voltage lighting safe around kids and pets?

Low-voltage systems run at a much lower voltage than household circuits, which is why they are the standard for beds and lawns.

Can you add lights to an existing system?

Usually, yes. We will check the transformer capacity and the condition of the wire and fixtures first.

Do the lights turn on by themselves?

Yes. We set the transformer with a timer or dusk-to-dawn photocell.

Do you also do holiday lights?

Yes. Many customers use us for both. Holiday lights go up in November and come down in January; landscape lighting stays year round.
