Safety and your home
Two-story rooflines and steep pitches are where most homeowner falls happen. Our crew uses proper ladders and fall protection, routes cords so they are not trip hazards, and uses outdoor-rated connections on GFCI outlets. If your outlets cannot handle the load, we will tell you before installing rather than overloading a circuit.
HOAs and neighborhoods
Many neighborhoods around Indian Land, Fort Mill and Waxhaw have HOA rules on install and removal dates, colors or light placement. Tell us your HOA and we will design and schedule within its rules.

How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Every home is quoted individually after we measure it. The price depends on roofline length, height and pitch, trees and shrubs you want lit, and power access. The quote is free.
When should I book holiday light installation?
October is best. Installs usually start in early November and the calendar fills fast before Thanksgiving.
Do you supply the lights, or can you install mine?
Either. We can supply commercial-grade lights, or install lights you already own. Your quote will show which.
Do you take the lights down?
Takedown is available. It is usually scheduled in early January, after New Year's.
Will clips damage my gutters or shingles?
No. We use clips designed for gutters, shingles and trim. We do not nail or staple into your home.
What if a section stops working?
Text or call us during the season and we will come fix it.
Do you install for businesses or HOAs?
Yes. Storefronts, offices and neighborhood entrances are quoted the same way, after we see the site.
